1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service
TCS Express provides COD services for e-commerce businesses. The TCS representative will collect the invoice amount at the time of delivery and remit it to the seller within the agreed business cycle.
2. Delivery Attempts
TCS will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery on both attempts, the shipment will be returned to the origin (seller) and return shipping charges will apply.
3. Parcel Inspection Policy
Important: Customers are NOT permitted to open or inspect the parcel before making the COD payment to the TCS delivery representative. All disputes regarding product condition must be raised directly with the seller after receiving the item.
4. Prohibited Items
TCS does not ship items including but not limited to: hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, perishables (without proper packaging), or items exceeding maximum weight/dimension limits.
5. Liability
TCS Express's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment. For fragile or high-value items, the seller must ensure adequate packaging. TCS will not be liable for damage due to improper packaging.
6. Tracking
All TCS shipments come with a tracking number. Customers can track their shipments at www.tcsexpress.com or via the TCS Express mobile app.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are subject to the seller's refund policy. If a return is required, TCS will facilitate pickup upon instruction from the seller. COD amounts for returned items will be adjusted accordingly in the next remittance cycle.
8. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days within major cities. Remote areas may require additional 1–2 days. TCS will provide tracking updates via SMS.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping address and active phone number.
- Be available to receive the shipment and have the exact COD amount ready.
- Contact the seller (not TCS) for product complaints or exchanges.
